How does it work?
Visit the App Store/Google Play Store
Open the App Store on your iPhone or the Google Play Store on your Android device. Use the search bar to find the "Revalidate" app.
Download the Revalidate App
Tap on the "Download" or "Install" button to start downloading the Revalidate app. Ensure you have a stable internet connection for a smooth download process.
Sign Up or Log In
Once the download is complete, open the app. You will be prompted to sign up if you are a new user or log in if you already have an account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete this step.
Complete Your Profile and Start Using the App
After logging in, complete your profile with the necessary details. You can now start using the app to track your training, calculate completed tasks, and reset tasks as needed.

How do I find the Revalidate app?
On your mobile devise. You have to download the app ‘Revalidate’. Check the logo is the same used on this website. Revalidate app is available on all Android and IOS phones. Available from Playstore and Applestore.
What if my place of work is not listed on the app?
Select ‘other’ and add name in notes or contact us to include name in app search engine.
I am not required by NMC to complete an appraisal. Do I have to complete everything in the app?
No. You are only required to complete sections with the red asterick*
How will I know if my personal data is secure?
The information you give us such as your email address will be kept in a safe place and will only be made accessible to the Revalidate team. We will not share your personal information to any third parties. However, Revalidate cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or from our sponsors and you do so at your own risk.
I do not see my profession listed, Can I still use the app?
Yes, The app is designed for multi-functional personal use.
I have completed my hours, How do I reset the app?
Once the criteria has been met, the app will automatically reset at the revalidation due date. You can also delete any previous entries.
Can I directly send my app data to the governing bodies such as NMC?
No, the app cannot act as proof of what you have entered. If you are selected for audit from any of the governing bodies, you would still need confirmation from the source.
I work full time hours, what will I need the app for?
There are many functions that you can benefit from other than calculating work and CPD hours . Such as making notes for any reflective accounts, a calendar, a timer, a gallery to upload docs and earnings calculator.
Can I upload my documents to the website?
No, This website only provides information about the Revalidate App. Download Revalidate app from either Playstore or Applestore depending on your mobile devise to upload your documents.
What do you need my email address for?
We require your email address for login. We do not share you email address with the public or any third parties.
How much will it cost?
Full membership and sign up is currently free. No hidden costs.
Do I need to upload a picture?
No, you can upload anything you want for your profile picture. Anything you upload is for your own personal use and is at your own risk of data control. Please see our privacy notice and Terms & conditions for further information.
Can I delete my account?
Yes , go to profile-delete my account. You will get a message to confirm that you want to delete. Please note this is a permanent, all data will be erased and unable to retrieve.
Can my friend complete my sign up on my behalf?
Due to data protection we advise you manage and complete the requirements by yourself. However, if you need assistance from a friend or colleague then this is at your own risk for sharing data. We are here to support you through the process of signing up and using the app.
